Product description
Produced on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts, Brinley Gold Shipwreck Coconut Rum Cream is part of the Brinley family’s artisanal Shipwreck collection. The Brinleys have been crafting rums with dedication and small-batch precision, drawing inspiration from the island’s rich maritime heritage. Their philosophy centres on blending authentic island flavours with premium Caribbean rum.
Rum Description
This cream liqueur pours a smooth, milky white with a delicate sheen. On the nose, it offers rich coconut, hints of toasted coconut, vanilla, and light tropical spice. The palate is velvety yet lighter than many cream liqueurs, showcasing sweet coconut cream balanced by subtle notes of nutmeg and cardamom. Medium-bodied, it carries a silky texture and a smooth, lingering finish that highlights the natural coconut.
Food Pairing
This coconut cream rum pairs beautifully with tropical desserts such as pineapple upside-down cake, coconut macaroons, or banana bread. It also complements rich savoury dishes like jerk chicken skewers or a mild Thai curry.
