Whisky Description
This 13-year-old expression, distilled in 2010 from unpeated Optic barley, presents a bright straw hue in the glass. The nose offers a vibrant bouquet of citrus zest, green orchard fruits, and a touch of vanilla, balanced by light floral notes. On the palate, it is creamy and medium-bodied, featuring layers of lemon, green apple, and toasted oak spice that transition into a delicate, airy sweetness. The finish is medium-long and clean, characterized by a lingering fruit sweetness and a subtle, signature maritime saltiness.
