The Burrowing Owl Cabernet Franc presents a deep ruby to crimson colour. Its complex sensory profile offers intense aromas of red currant, plum, and cassis, layered with fragrant notes of violet, dried thyme, and savory tobacco. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with a silky texture, showcasing flavours of ripe raspberry, wild blackberry, and black cherry balanced by a crisp acidity.
