Bussola Valpolicella Classico 2023

Azienda Agricola Tommaso Bussola was established in 1977 when a young and passionate Tommaso Bussola began working at his uncle Giuseppe's small wine estate. Starting with traditional methods, Tommaso felt the need to experiment, and his philosophy now revolves around loving and respecting the land by carefully exploiting what nature provides, using a patient and long process with the vines.

Wine Description

It offers complex aromas of fresh cranberry, cherry, dried herbaceous notes, rich blueberries, vibrant pepper, spices, leather, and smoke. On the palate, it has flavours of raspberry, plum, and cherry with spicy hints, a light to medium body, and a chewy, velvety tannin structure.

Food Pairing

Given its bright fruit and lively acidity, it would be an excellent match for veal burgers with mango and goat cheese, or pappardelle with duck confit.
