Product description

Ca' di Rajo is a prominent Italian winery located in Rai di San Polo di Piave, in the province of Treviso. Established in 2005 by the Cecchetto brothers (Simone, Alessio, and Fabio), the estate builds on a family winemaking tradition dating back to 1931. The winery is uniquely famous for its preservation of the Bellussera system—an ancient, hand-worked "ray" vine training method where vines grow 4 meters high in a rhomboid pattern, appearing like "embroidery in the air."

Food Pairing

Because of their high acidity and balanced structure, Ca' di Rajo Proseccos are versatile. The Brut styles are excellent with battered vegetables, raw seafood (oysters and prawns), and even smoked salmon breakfast dishes.

Sustainability & Heritage

The winery manages nearly 20 hectares of vines trained in the Bellussera system. Because this method is incompatible with modern machinery, every aspect of vineyard management—from pruning to harvest—must be done by hand. This commitment makes Ca' di Rajo a guardian of Italian viticultural history, ensuring that their wines represent a 100% handcrafted legacy.
