Ajar in Friulian means air, but also wind; a sound that evokes freshness of perfumes and harmony of sounds. Light straw yellow, it has fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose it is floral and finely aromatic, with a varietal note. Fresh, soft palate, moderately alcoholic and persistent. A sparkling wine rich in nuances, which adapts to any situation.
