Beer Description

This New England Pale Ale (NEPA) pours a thick, opaque hazy gold with a soft, persistent white head and a glowing, juice-like appearance.

Aroma: It features an explosive tropical nose, dominated by intense notes of candied orange, succulent peach, and ripe mango, with a hint of forest pine.

Palate: The flavor is a wash of tropical fruit salad and citrus zest. It offers a soft mouthfeel that coats the palate, followed by a remarkably low bitterness that allows the juicy hop oils to shine.

Profile: It has an ABV of 6.0% and a very low perceived bitterness, making it incredibly smooth and dangerously drinkable for its strength.

Technical Notes: Brewed with a heavy dose of flaked oats and wheat to create its signature hazy body and creamy mouthfeel. It is aggressively dry-hopped with a massive amount of Citra and Simcoe hops to achieve its deep "saturation" of tropical aromatics.
