On the nose, bacon frazzles, vanilla custard, banana fritter, butterscotch mousse. Barley water, dried cranberry; On the palate, burning embers, candle smoke, gorse bushes; The finish is thick syrup/almost treacle, damp hay, flint, nutmeg, gingerbread.
