Wine Description

This 100% Chardonnay presents a light golden colour in the glass. The sensory profile opens with vibrant aromas of green and golden apple, fresh white peach, and citrus, accented by floral notes of orange blossom and subtle hints of baking spice and light oak. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and silken in texture, offering a harmonious blend of ripe melon, lemon curd, pear, and crème brûlée. A portion of the wine (9.5%) undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for eight months in French oak barrels with occasional lees stirring to achieve a creamy, weighty mouthfeel without sacrificing its crisp, mineral-driven finish.
