Product description

From the start, this Prosecco has been the crown gem of Canevel: an extraordinary wine for elegance and balance, with powerful aromas of apples, wisteria, and acacia blossoms.  It hails from the Valdobbiadene region, where steep hillsides, stony soils, and chilly Adriatic breezes create a temperate temperature and optimal growing conditions. This ideal climate also produces fresh, vivid grapes with high acidity, which are ideal for cultivating Glera.

"This is an extra dry (sweetish) Prosecco that has rivlets of acidity to match the 12-17 g/l RS it carries. This is from the classico, or heartland of the Prosecco region (DOCG). White flowers, white peaches, candy necklace on the finish. A lovely, different take on Prosecco, well suited for brunch." - Anthony Gismondi
