Bright, pale pink with light bubbles. The Canevel Rose opens with notes of raspberry and orange zest, mixed with subtle floral nuances in the echo. On the palate, wild strawberries, fresh with a clear drive, medium length. The mousse forms a creamy mouthfeel and a crisp, clean finish. This wine is a Brut. Absent is the sappy fruit that you find in many comparably priced Prosecco.
