Cascahuin Reposado Tequila

The Rosales Family and David Suro (Siembra Azul, Tequilas Philadelphia) behind Cascahuin believe that innovation in Tequila comes from digging back into its artisanal roots, focusing on raw, traditional flavours, and pure ingredients, without the use of additives.  Their profile of expressions is a direct representation of the traditionally made agave spirit from the El Arenal region of Tequila, loved by aficionados and newcomers craving transparency and purity in their purchasing power.

Cooked agave followed immediately with notes of oak, cloves and cinnamon spice, and ripe bananas, the alcohol becomes present in the finish for a slightly dry/bitter punch. Ia cooling, creamy mouthfeel with licorice bits follow. Lasting, bright and creamy.
