It is distilled at Casey Jones Distillery, where Master Distiller Arlon "AJ" Jones utilizes a unique square copper pot still a design legacy from his grandfather, a prolific Prohibition-era still maker. While the distillery's "White Label" is known for its high-corn moonshine profile, the Black Label represents their shift toward a more traditional, rye-forward Kentucky Straight Bourbon.

The Black Label is defined by its "Mash Bill 2," which introduces a significant rye component to provide a spicier, more structured character.
Mash Bill: Consists of 80% corn, 16% rye, and 4% malted barley.
