CedarCreek Estate Riesling is a flagship white wine produced in the Kelowna subregion of the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. CedarCreek Estate Winery was founded in 1986 and is now owned by the von Mandl family, who have transformed it into one of the region's premier estates. The winemaking philosophy is led by Taylor Whelan and focuses on organic farming and cool climate viticulture, utilizing the unique north Kelowna terroir to produce wines with exceptional tension and aromatic purity.

Wine Description

This wine displays a bright, clear straw colour. The sensory profile is incredibly vibrant, featuring a nose of lime zest, green apple, and white peach, often accompanied by floral notes of jasmine and a distinct wet stone minerality. On the palate, it is light to medium bodied and off dry, offering a beautiful balance of juicy citrus fruits, apricot, and honeyed notes. The structure is defined by a bracing, electric acidity that cuts through the subtle residual sugar, leading to a long, crisp, and mouthwatering finish. Crafted from 100% Riesling grapes, the wine is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve its delicate aromatics and freshness.
