2021 'Cap Sentit Orange'

The 2021 'Cap Sentit Orange' is an orange wine crafted from 100% Garnacha Blanca (White Grenache) grapes. This wine undergoes an extended maceration period of 15 days with grape skins, a technique more common in red wine production, which imparts its distinctive color and tannic structure. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on its natural lees to enhance texture and complexity.

In the glass, it presents an intense golden color with amber reflections. The nose is reminiscent of peach, apricot, and dried fruits, offering a rich and inviting aromatic profile. On the palate, it is unctuous with a generous body, balanced by light acidity, leading to a dry and sleek finish with subtle, fine, creamy tannins.
