Product description

This Provence rosé is made from Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes. It exhibits a beautifully pale pink color. The aroma includes fresh red berry fruit characteristics with floral notes. On the palate, it has a ripe and fleshy feel, and is bone dry. Stylistically, 'Whispering Angel' is considered today's worldwide reference for Provence rosé, offering charm, style, and pleasure. It is known for being extremely easy drinking, versatile, and possessing a great concentration. The finish is described as smooth and round, with great concentration and no astringent aftertaste. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel with temperature control and undergoes bâtonnage (stirring of the yeast lees).
