This vibrant and 'expressive' rosé originates from France, within the prestigious Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation. Located at the foot of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire near Puyloubier, Château Gassier has been a family-run property since 1982. The estate is currently led by Georges Gassier, representing the fifth generation of artisans, in partnership with the Jeanjean family (Advini). Their winemaking philosophy is deeply rooted in an artisanal approach that emphasizes environmental respect and the pure expression of their unique terroir.

Wine Description

Château Gassier Pas du Moine '350' Rosé exhibits a remarkably pale, clear, and luminous rosé hue with subtle lychee highlights. On the nose, it reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity dominated by red fruits like raspberry, enriched by exotic notes of mango, passion fruit, and vine peach. The palate is ample and generous, showing a pleasing roundness and flavours of redcurrant and vine peach. It is characterized by a mineral tension derived from its clay-limestone soil, leading to a long, persistent finish.
