The estate was named in part after Count Jean-Baptiste de Saint-Exupéry, the great-grandfather of the famed writer and aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The 2022 vintage of Chateau Malescot St Exupery reveals a vivid garnet-purple hue. On the nose, it bursts with cassis, ripe blackberry, violet, and hints of graphite and spice. The palate is full-bodied and layered, showcasing black cherry, dark plum, and cocoa with refined tannins and vibrant acidity.
