Product description

Chateau Ollieux Romanis Racine originates from France, within the rugged Languedoc region and the specific Corbières appellation. The estate's modern history began in 1868 when it was established in its current form, and it has remained tied to the passionate Bories family since Jacqueline and Francois Bories took over in 1978. Nestled in the heart of the Boutenac cru, the winery is highly regarded as a regional benchmark for its deep commitment to organic agriculture—certified since 2006—and its philosophy of using indigenous yeasts and minimal sulphur to craft deeply expressive, authentic wines.

Wine Description

The nose opens with a vibrant, complex bouquet dominated by ripe peach, melon, crisp apple, and juicy pineapple, accented gracefully by delicate notes of white flowers and a subtle hint of flint. On the palate, a lively attack delivers beautiful tension and freshness, highlighting an ample and rounded body. The finish is remarkably long, refreshing, and salty, showing great depth and an elegant, subtly textured finish.
