Established in the early 19th century, the estate was named after Major General Charles Palmer. Today, it is owned by the Sichel and Mähler-Besse families, who emphasize biodynamic viticulture, ensuring the vineyard’s long-term health and the production of expressive wines.
Wine Description
The Chateau Palmer 2022 displays a deep, vibrant purple hue. On the nose, it offers an intricate bouquet of ripe blackberries, violets, graphite, and subtle hints of exotic spices. The palate is full-bodied yet finely textured, delivering layers of dark fruits, cassis, and plum, wrapped in polished tannins. It has remarkable balance and freshness, finishing long with mineral undertones and a touch of cocoa.
