Product description
From France’s Provence region, Clos Cibonne is a family-run estate with deep historical roots dating back to the late 18th century. Known as one of the rare estates authorized to use the Tibouren grape, Clos Cibonne champions authenticity and tradition while embracing modern, sustainable viticulture. The winery has gained a reputation for producing distinctive rosés with both freshness and depth, setting it apart in Provence.
Wine Description
This rosé shows a vibrant salmon-pink hue. The nose reveals fresh aromas of blood orange, rhubarb, peach, wild strawberry, and delicate floral hints, accented by a touch of smoke. On the palate, it offers lively citrus zest and red fruit notes with a savoury edge contributed by Tibouren, supported by gentle tannins and a fruit-sweet core. The body is medium, finishing crisp and dry with mineral undertones.
Food Pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with Mediterranean fare such as grilled vegetables, Niçoise salad, or herb-roasted chicken. It also complements seafood pasta and lightly spiced dishes.
