Clos Henri Sauvignon Blanc 2019
A fantastic expression of what Greywacke river Stones are capable of.
Elegant, sophisticated, ripe, varietal and inviting bouquet. Aromas and flavours of citrus fruits and white stone fruit, some pear, apple and pith. The herbaceous character expected of Sauvignon Blanc is a quieter more refined layer in this example. The minerality is a core component of both the aromas and flavour package. Light-weight, crisp, dry and refreshing with a long finish. Balanced, well made and youthful. This wine will reward from today and through 2029+ if cellared properly.
