Wine Description
The Collecorviano Il Polpo Pinot Grigio presents a bright, pale straw yellow colour. The sensory profile is vibrant and crisp, featuring an aromatic nose of green apple, honeydew melon, and citrus zest, underpinned by delicate notes of white flowers and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and zesty, showcasing a refreshing acidity and a clean, dry finish. It is characterized by its "maritime" freshness a common trait in Abruzzo whites making it incredibly easy to drink. This 100% Pinot Grigio typically has an ABV of 12% to 12.5% and is fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright primary fruit flavours and racy vitality.
