Now part of the Ferrer Wines group, the winery continues to honour its Mediterranean roots by crafting balanced, elegant Cavas that highlight the unique character of the local terrain.
Wine Description
This Cava displays a bright straw yellow colour and a lively, medium sized perlage. The nose is clean and refined, offering aromas of green apple, pear, and lemon, complemented by subtle, elegant ageing notes of brioche and white flowers. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and fresh, featuring bright acidity with flavours of citrus fruit and grassy nuances. A blend of the traditional Cava varieties Macabeo, Xarel lo, and Parellada, it is produced using the traditional method and aged on its lees for 9 to 15 months to develop complexity.
