The main goal is to create wines, applying sustainable practices with a special care of the environment making each sip a masterpiece.

This Chardonnay, made from organically grown grapes, bears the spirit of the estate workers, pedalling their way to the vineyards each day. From the start this is an engaging wine, with its yellow colour and golden hues and refreshing nose and very citric with fruity aromas and light mineral notes. The palate is seductively complex, very fresh, with a well balanced acidity. This Chardonnay is undoubtedly super food friendly!
