Handcrafted by Master Distiller James Glen at the independent, eco-conscious Copper In The Clouds distillery—housed inside a converted grain store surrounded by farmland—this spirit is created using small-batch copper pot distillation. The expression is made by infusing traditional London dry gin botanicals with fresh citrus and real Seville orange marmalade.

Spirit Description

This gin presents a soft, luminous golden amber hue in the glass. The nose is vibrant and highly aromatic, opening with rich aromas of bittersweet Seville orange, orange blossom, and fresh marmalade, supported by piney juniper and warm coriander. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a smooth, slightly rounded texture, delivering flavours of tangy citrus zest, caramelized orange peel, and subtle baking spices balanced by dry juniper and earthy angelica root. The finish is crisp, warming, and clean, leaving a lingering trail of bittersweet citrus oils and gentle botanical spice. Bottled at an ABV of 40%, it offers a balanced, aromatic, and citrus-forward profile.
