Domaine Courtalt-Michelet is a family-run estate born from the union of two winemaking families, Stéphanie Courtalt and Vincent Michelet, who manage approximately 28 hectares of vines. Their winemaking philosophy centers on a "reasoned" approach to viticulture (Lutte Raisonnée), emphasizing minimal intervention to allow the Kimmeridgian limestone soils to express their signature flinty character.

The nose is intense and refined, opening with aromas of white flowers, lemon curd, and crisp green apple, underpinned by a powerful "gunflint" smokiness and saline minerality.
