It is meticulously crafted at NOM 1439 (Agabe Tequilana Productores y Comercializadores), a boutique distillery respected for utilizing high-quality blue Weber agaves and clean, low-intervention processing methods.

Spirit Description

Death Whistle Reposado is made from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave. After being cooked and extracted, the juice undergoes slow fermentation and is double-distilled in traditional pot stills. It is then rested in premium charred oak barrels for several months, softening the sharp, rustic edges of the valley distillate while infusing structural wood components.

• Colour: Pale straw to warm light gold, naturally reflecting its restful contact with oak timber.

• Aroma: Complex and beautifully balanced. The nose bridges the raw, herbal freshness of the valley floor with the warmth of the barrel, offering upfront notes of cooked agave, dry oak, soft vanilla, and caramelized honey, highlighted by citrus oils and wet stones.

• Palate: Round, smooth, and texturized. Flavour profiles of sweet roasted squash and honey-drizzled almonds give way to mid-palate layers of light baking spices, cinnamon, and a pleasant, earthy minerality.

• Body: Medium-bodied with a smooth, enveloping texture that masks alcohol bite while maintaining excellent agave character.

• Finish: Clean and moderately long, leaving a trailing memory of oak tannins, sweet vanilla bean, and a lingering, peppery warmth.

• ABV: Bottled at a standard 40% (80 Proof).
