The wine presents a light straw yellow colour with subtle citrus reflections in the glass. The nose features crisp, clean aromatics of green apple, rhubarb, and citrus peel. On the palate, it delivers a light and elegant structure with flavours of lemongrass, yellow apple, quince, pear, and delicate hints of freshly baked brioche.
