Product description
Originating from France, specifically within the historic Champagne region and its revered Grand Cru vineyards, Dom Perignon P2 represents the pinnacle of late disgorged luxury champagne. The house traces its spiritual roots back to Pierre Perignon, the legendary Benedictine monk of Hautvillers Abbey who pioneered early winemaking standards in the seventeenth century.
Wine Description
In the glass, this exceptional champagne displays an intense, medium deep golden hue with a remarkably fine and persistent mousse. The bouquet opens in a spiral of complex scents, introducing aromas of dried apricot, candied white peach, and marmalade, beautifully framed by nuances of roasted pine nuts, brioche, white truffle, and a distinctive smoky, ashy minerality. On the palate, the wine is full bodied, tactile, and incredibly dense, revealing rich layers of yellow orchard fruits, nougat, and liquorice root.

Food Pairing
The intense density and vinous structure of this late disgorged champagne demand pairings with equally rich, flavorful, and textured dishes. It pairs exceptionally well with charcoal grilled lobster or pan seared duck breast served with a citrus glaze, which cuts through the champagne's richness while mirroring its fruit profile.
