Wine Description

The wine presents a luminous, clear pale straw yellow colour with brilliant green and golden highlights along the rim. An exquisite, highly complex bouquet opens with noble aromas of lemon curd, yellow apple, fresh white peach, and lime blossom, interwoven with subtle notes of toasted hazelnuts, crushed chalk, wet stone, sea spray, and delicate baking spice. On the palate, it is full bodied, crystalline, and remarkably concentrated, delivering electric flavours of citrus oil, crisp orchard fruit, and intense stony minerality, all anchored by a vibrant, mouthwatering spine of natural acidity. Framed by a rich, satiny texture and an imposing mid-palate structure, it concludes with an exceptionally long, chiseled finish marked by lingering white flowers, citrus zest, and a distinct flinty minerality.
