One of the producers that express more than others is the spirit of Chassagne Montrachet. With pure, elegant wines that are always approachable in youth but have an incredible capacity for ageing and developing in the cellar for decades. Jean-Marc and Claudine Blain consistently produce some exemplary wines at the village level and release some of the most sought-after Grand Crus from their tiny holdings of Caillerets.
