This exceptional white wine hails from the village of Chassagne Montrachet, located in the Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy, France. Domaine Bouard Bonnefoy is currently managed by the fourth generation of the family, with Fabrice and Carine Bouard taking the helm in 2006, recently joined by their daughter Clara. The winery is celebrated for its commitment to traditional, authentic winemaking, famously using a hand cranked wooden press and bottling each wine by hand to capture the purest expression of their terroir.

The Domaine Bouard Bonnefoy Chassagne Montrachet 'Vergers' Premier Cru displays a brilliant gold colour with distinct green highlights. The aromatic profile is complex and inviting, featuring notes of hawthorn, acacia, and honeysuckle, which evolve into deeper scents of hazelnut, honey, and ripe pear with age.
