Wine Description
The wine presents a deep ruby red colour with luminous crimson highlights in the glass. An expressive, complex bouquet opens with rich aromas of ripe black cherry, red plum, and wild raspberry, interwoven with sophisticated notes of violet, forest floor, sweet spice, and crushed limestone minerality. On the palate, it is medium bodied, silky, and harmonious, delivering generous flavours of dark red fruit and subtle earthiness balanced by a vibrant streak of natural acidity. Framed by fine-grained, elegant Premier Cru tannins, it finishes long and smooth with lingering notes of red berries and sweet oak spice. Composed of 100% Pinot Noir, it combines Monthelie charm with Premier Cru weight and complexity.
