Wine Description

The wine presents a clear, bright dark ruby red colour with vibrant crimson highlights along the rim. An expressive and terroir driven bouquet opens with intense aromas of ripe red cherry, wild black cherry, and dark plum, interwoven with sophisticated notes of red rose petal, damp forest floor, crushed limestone minerality, and gentle toasted oak spice. On the palate, it is medium bodied, vibrant, and deep, delivering rich flavours of red berries, sour cherry, and subtle earthiness, all supported by a mouthwatering core of natural acidity. Framed by fine, silky tannins and an energetic mid-palate, it concludes with a clean, persistent finish marked by lingering notes of dark fruit, savory spice, and earthy minerality.
