Wine Description

This wine exhibits a dark, deep grenat colour with intense purple highlights. The complex nose unfurls gracefully to reveal aromas of wild blackberries, fresh cassis, and black cherries accented by notes of violet, dried herbs, orange peel, and cracked black pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied, concentrated, and beautifully structured, showing a dense, velvety mouthfeel framed by fine, grippy tannins and a distinctive line of mineral acidity. Composed entirely of 100% Syrah, this benchmark bottling possesses tremendous freshness and an ethereal, saline finish heavily laced with dark chocolate and spice.
