An inviting, fragrant bouquet opens with expressive aromas of ripe yellow apple, white peach, and lemon curd, interwoven with delicate nuances of acacia flower, toasted almond, crushed limestone minerality, and subtle honeyed spice. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied, satiny, and harmonious, delivering generous flavours of ripe orchard fruit, citrus oil, and juicy pear, all supported by a vibrant, mouthwatering spine of natural acidity.
