Product description

Aloxe-Corton Les Vercots 1er Cru is a special wine for Tollot-Beaut. This wine was produced from 50% old vines with some of the plantings dating to before WWII. Les Vercots is now produced from a ten-year-old sélection massale on deep soil with a high limestone content. The climate sits mid-slope on the Corton hill and faces due south.

Wine Description

Aloxe Corton is a refined red wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir. It presents a perfumed and fragrant profile with deep, lush aromas of Crème de Mure, cherry, and raspberry, layered with exotic sweet spices and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is elegant and supple, featuring plush tannins and a vibrant freshness that balances its ripe fruit character. This medium bodied wine shows excellent complexity and a long, persistent finish.
