Wine Description

The wine presents a deep, clear dark ruby purple colour with bright violet reflections along the rim. An expressive, fruit-forward bouquet opens with enticing aromas of ripe red cherry, wild plum, crushed raspberry, and red currant, interwoven with subtle notes of violet petals, black pepper, liquorice, and sweet Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is medium bodied, silky, and rounded, delivering generous flavours of juicy dark fruit, red berry jam, and subtle mineral earth, all supported by a bright, mouthwatering core of natural acidity. Framed by soft, fine-grained tannins and a supple, fluid mid-palate structure, it concludes with a clean, persistent finish marked by lingering cherry fruit, mild spice, and a fresh mineral lift.
