Product description

Established in 2001, The Donum Estate has crafted its reputation on an uncompromising commitment to land stewardship, low yields, and meticulous precision.
Wine Description
The Donum Carneros Chardonnay is a medium straw colour in the glass. The bouquet opens with a sophisticated interplay of lime, orange blossom, and honeydew melon, subtly grounded by a hint of freshly split wood, matchstick, and flinty river stones. On the palate, classic regional notes of Golden Delicious apple and peach seamlessly layer with vibrant kiwi, pear, and wildflower honey.

Food Pairing
The pure, focused acidity and rich yet elegant structure of this Carneros Chardonnay make it a magnificent accompaniment to pan-seared sea scallops served with a lemon-herb butter sauce, or a wild mushroom risotto.
