Wine Description
This red wine displays a deep, dark ruby purple colour. The nose is expressive and layered, opening with aromas of black currant, dark plum, and black cherry compote alongside nuances of dried thyme, fig, crushed river stones, bitter chocolate, and subtle black truffle. On the palate, it exhibits a full body with a refined, supple, and dense texture supported by finely shaped, polished tannins and vibrant acidity. Stylistically, the wine balances bold fruit concentration with a savory, mineral thread and lingering oak spice, finishing long and smooth with notes of cardamom jam, licorice, and cocoa.
Varietal composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcohol by volume: 14.5%
