Eau Claire Cherry Gin is an artisanal fruit-infused spirit originating from Diamond Valley (formerly Turner Valley), Alberta, in the foothills southwest of Calgary. The spirit is produced by Eau Claire Distillery, which was founded in 2014 as Alberta's first independent craft distillery. The farm-to-glass producer is celebrated for using traditional agricultural methods, locally grown Alberta grains, and pure mountain runoff to handcraft award-winning Canadian spirits.

Eau Claire Cherry Gin is crafted from a 100% Alberta barley base spirit distilled in a London dry style, infused with sour cherries and over 12 unique botanicals.

• Colour: Deep ruby red with warm purple undertones.

• Aroma: Highly aromatic and inviting, opening with vibrant sour cherry, subtle dark berry notes, and piney juniper, backed by fresh citrus zest and warm botanical spice.

• Palate: Subtly tart, balanced, and expressive on the entry. Bright notes of ripe sour cherry and natural fruit sweetness yield to a structured mid-palate of classic juniper berries, citrus peel, and mild herbal complexity.

• Body: Medium-bodied with a uniquely smooth, silky, and rich mouthfeel derived from its local barley foundation.

• Finish: Pleasant, long, and dry, trailing off with lingering tart cherry notes and a clean, refreshing botanical spice.
