Eau Claire Clearwater Vodka is a premium craft spirit originating from Diamond Valley (formerly Turner Valley), Alberta, in the foothills southwest of Calgary. The spirit is produced by Eau Claire Distillery, which was founded in 2014 as Alberta's first independent craft distillery. The farm-to-glass distillery is celebrated for using traditional agricultural methods, locally sourced grains, and pure mountain runoff to handcraft small-batch Canadian spirits.
Spirit Description
Clearwater Vodka is distilled from 100% Alberta-grown barley and proofed using pristine, glacier-fed water sourced directly from the Canadian Rockies watershed.
Colour: Crystal clear, luminous, and brilliant.
Aroma: Clean, soft, and subtle, offering gentle notes of sweet malted grain, fresh rain, and a soft hint of vanilla.
Palate: Exceptionally smooth and velvety on the entry, balancing a natural cereal sweetness with a light, crisp minerality.
Body: Light-to-medium-bodied with a silky texture that coats the mouth without heavy oiliness.
Finish: Crisp, clean, and refreshing, closing with a soft wave of sweet grain and a dry, pure finish.
ABV: Bottled at 40% (80 Proof).
