This specific expression was created as a potent, juniper-forward evolution of the distillery's highly successful fruit liqueur, designed to offer a more robust spirit that retains the signature flavour profile.

Spirit Description

This gin is classically served with premium ginger ale or tonic water and a wedge of lime to enhance its zesty character. It presents a delicate, pale pink hue in the glass. The nose offers bright and authentic aromas of fresh rhubarb and juniper, underpinned by a gentle sweetness. On the palate, it delivers a harmonious balance where the tartness of the rhubarb and the warmth of the ginger spice complement the piney juniper base, rather than overpowering it. The finish is smooth and full, leaving a lingering impression of zest and warming spice. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
