Edinburgh Raspberry Gin Liqueur begins with the brand's core London Dry gin base—distilled in traditional copper pot stills using classic botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, and native Scottish milk thistle. Fresh, locally harvested Perthshire raspberries and sugar are added, allowing the natural juices and deep fruit flavors to infuse into the spirit over several weeks. The result is a lush, berry-forward liqueur that maintains a crisp juniper backbone beneath its vibrant fruit sweetness.
