The agaves are sourced from the brand's estates in Guanajuato and Los Altos. The brand owner's family has been farming agave for over 80 years.
Brick oven cooked, Tahona crushed, wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel, stainless steel pot stills with copper coil and aerated. Cherry on top is that it's confirmed additive free by TMM.
