This unique methodology involves separately extracting the flavours from thirty-two different botanicals before blending them into a continuously agedSolera system, ensuring precision and consistency in every bottle.

• Colour: A rich, deep red orRosso hue, consistent with traditional Italian sweet vermouth.

• Aroma: The nose islovely, aromatic, and savoury, hinting at the complex botanical blend. Additional notes of plums, figs, and oranges are present, layered over dark spice and brown sugar.

• Palate: The mouthfeel is notablyvery wine forward, indicating a strong character from its base of fortifiedblueberry-blossom mead. The judges noted it as'very ripe and delish', balanced by a pleasant herbalness and spicy accents ofwhite pepper,cloves, andstar anise.
