The Establishment Chaise Longue originates from Calgary, Alberta, within the Manchester Brewing District. The Establishment Brewing Company was founded by friends Dave Ronneberg, Mike Foniok, and Brandon Hart, who transitioned from decorated homebrewing backgrounds to open the brewery in 2019. Their winemaking and brewing philosophy focuses on the character of mixed culture fermentation, seeking to create beers that are simple in nature but complex in flavour.
Beer Description
This petite saison, or table beer, presents a straw toned gold colour with a high fizz factor and a light, bright appearance. The aroma is reminiscent of summer, featuring fresh cut lemons, herbs, hay, and field flowers. On the palate, it delivers a crisp and dry profile with distinct notes of lemon and white pepper. While the body is light and crushable, it is notably fuller than its low alcohol content would suggest, concluding with a clean finish.
