Originating from Canada in the British Columbia region, specifically within the Okanagan Valley VQA appellation, Evolve Cellars 'Pink Effervescence' represents a vibrant, approachable, and celebratory expression of Okanagan sparkling rosé. Evolve Cellars, part of the Chronos Cellars umbrella, was established to produce fresh, aromatic, and fruit-forward wines that capture the sun-drenched microclimates of the Okanagan Valley. The grapes are harvested from prime vineyard sites situated along the benches of the Okanagan basin, where gravelly loam soils and cool lake breezes preserve crisp natural acidity. Under the direction of the winemaking team, the winemaking philosophy utilizes gentle pneumatic pressing, short skin contact to achieve its signature blush tone, and secondary Charmat method fermentation in stainless steel pressure tanks. The result is a lively, fruit-driven sparkling rosé that balances bright orchard fruit notes, delicate bubbles, and effortless charm.
