More Information
Product description
This exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Spain, specifically the Castilla–La Mancha region, near the village of El Bonillo in Albacete province. Familia Conesa is a family-run winery known for its commitment to ecological viticulture and traditional winemaking techniques. The Finca La Sabina estate sits at over 1,000 metres above sea level, offering a unique terroir that enhances the elegance and structure of their wines.
Wine Description
Deep garnet in colour with brick hues on the rim, this mature Gran Reserva opens with layered aromas of ripe blackcurrant, dried fig, cedar, and tobacco, underscored by leather and sweet spice. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied, silky texture with flavours of cassis, balsamic reduction, dark chocolate, and earthy undertones. The tannins are well-integrated and fine, contributing to a long, savoury finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, beef Wellington, or aged Manchego cheese. The wine’s richness and tertiary character also complement mushroom risotto and truffle-infused dishes.
Together, they create an unforgettable dining experience.
